Tragedy Strikes the TT
The evening practice
session was red flagged after 11 minutes following
Dan Kneen's crash at Churchtown. Tragically Dan died
at the scene, sincere condolences to his girlfriend
Leanne and to all of his family.
My last memory of Dan
will be of him leading Michael Rutter into
Quarterbridge, being first on the road, apexing the
corner being fast, smooth and stylish. The Tyco
Suzuki accellerating away towards Braddan chased by
Rutter's BMW
My wish is that the
anti TT lobby respect Dan's family and do not start
decrying the event Dan so loved.
The photographs are
the last I have taken of Dan, riding the Jackson
Racing Supersport Honda on Tuesday night at the
Bungalow.
